I was greeted by Daniel who took a lot of time to show me where things were and give me advice about different mattresses. I knew the bed I wanted so he showed me the bed and explained how it worked. Then he assisted me with the sleep match machine and helped me with choosing a mattress. He let me use a pillow the same as my tempur one at hone and gave me plenty of time to test out the mattresses. The store was very well prepped for the current social distancing requirements. Daniel and his colleagues all had masks on during my visit and there were guards up for when ordering. There were a lot of measures such as hand sanitiser on arrival, antibacterial sprays for the mattresses, etc. Daniel was so helpful, he offered me a drink and was very knowledgeable. The only thing I was not satisfied with was having to wait such a long time before my bed will be delivered. I ordered in mid July and it won't be delivered until late September!

Lynne in the Bromley store was so friendly and helpful. She explained a couple of options for our sons bed and helped us choose the right product. Ordering was really quick and we were impressed with the whole experience.

The staff were excellent and need to be told this, First time at this branch, I went to dreams Purley way and walked out last week as staff were awful but so pleased to see Bromley staff so nice and friendly. We knew what we wanted, walked around and was asked if we needed help, he took us to his desk to order, so friendly and polite and the lady sitting next to his desk apologised for not being able to serve us as she had been with a customer, no need for her to have done that but so nice to have polite staff in a shop, these 2 members of staff have completely changed my feelings towards dreams... great covid 19 steps as well
