Daniel was extremely helpful listening to all of our needs. We were given water as we were placing a large order , which of course takes time and we were very well looked after. Were tried the sleep match and given pillows to try, and we were also given discounts off certain items of our order.

I was promptly approached and greeted ''Good morning ''by your staff (Mel)with a warm smile. Mel quietly listened without interruption to what was on my mind regarding my type of beds. She asked if i needed some water and showed me some of the bottled water i could have for free while in the store (I think that was cool). She explained a Sleep Match and what it does---I tried it and within minutes there was a reader showing recommended mattresses. (She gave me a copy). Very Patient lady as it took me a while to make a choice..She gave me some pace to think. It didn't take me long to decide on my choice and she NEVER pressured into making my choice.
