I was looking specifically for a HARD foam only mattress, and there were only 4 in the store. I am not keen on looking at any with springs

The sales person Lynne listened carefully to out requests as to the type of mattresses we wanted. She made recommendations based upon our needs and not the most expensive. She allowed us to take as much time as we needed no rushing. She explained the differences between the mattress we tested. She was not at all pushy as a sales person. It was these reasons that made me purchase today.
