Very helpful and attentative staff

The shop assistant was very knowledgeable about all the products we were interested in and provided with all the information we required to make an informed decisions about purchase. She was warm and friendly in her approach and allowed time to discuss our options before making our final decision.

I explained what I wanted to purchase, sales person was knowledgeable and friendly, showed me the only type of bed that met my criteria, explained it was available in 2 different fabrics and quite a few colours. Once I decided which I wanted, the order was processed and delivery agreed upon. I was delighted to be listened to and shown exactly what I wanted. Full marks to the lady in your store who assisted me superbly in this purchase

I visited the store in early November but was not able to make a decision at that time as i wanted my husband to help me make a choice. On returning to the store on 27th December i was met by the same assistant Mel who immediately remembered me and directed us to the four mattresses I had picked out as a possibility. she answered all questions we had which helped us make our decision. Our disappointment was that the mattress we finally decided on was one of the few that was not on sale in the store.

I really liked the way we were helped by Mel in the Bromley store. She let us take our time to browse and choose the products, checking in with us every now and then to see if we needed any help. Friendly staff in store when we entered and all wearing masks. Disposable paper towels given to us place over the pillows and bottles of water offered. Staff were knowledgeable and helped us to choose a lovely new bed and mattress.

We had great experience. Reece(Assistance) clearly explained all the specification and we placed the order that day itself. Highly recommended for assistance, quality, price and satisfaction.

The staff was very attentive.He gave me time to look around and was helping with the questions as I asked.He explained how the bed works and asked me questions about my sleep position to ensure I choose the correct mattress.

Very friendly and knowledgeable store manager. Wasn't pushy or driving for a sale, just gave all the information about the orosuxiand answered our questions. Good shopping experience

We were acknowledged by Ian straight away and showed different options of what we were looking for, then asked if we would like to test what would be more suited to our sleeping patterns.

We deliberately travelled back to Bromley store hoping that Mel would be in the store and sure enough she was. She's a very very helpful lady and stayed well after closing time for us to make a decision with her lift home waiting outside. We bought beds from her before and we will be coming back to sort pillows duvets when she's in store!
