The person we dealt with was very helpful and understanding to what we were looking for. He listened to what we had to say and did not try to push the most expensive mattress on us. We used the sleep-match machine and were able to try different mattresses to decide which suited us. I also loved the fact that he even offer offer his customers a bottle of water!

We had booked an appointment to use the Sleepmatch machine to aid us in choosing the right mattress for our needs. Online booking was very easy to do. The Bromley store is a lovely big store and all the products are laid out nicely and clearly. The assistant who helped us, Mel, was very polite and professional and was willing to help us. She had good knowledge about the products Dreams sell. She also didn't rush us when we spent over an hour in the store trying out different mattresses that were suggested following use of the Sleepmatch machine which helped us make our decision and make a purchase on the same day. It was also nice that there was no hard sell either from any of the assistants. We were even given a little bonus of a mattress cover and duvet with our purchase which we were not expecting but were very appreciative of. Little additions like that alongside good service makes us very much regard Dreams as a good company and one we would definitely consider again in the future for when we need to review our bedroom furniture.
