This order was my 2nd purchase with dreams this month (previous was a Limerick sofa bed) and this time I was looking for a mattress. Local stores had similar products but less variety and the sales people there were very pushy and "car salesman-y" and it really put me off using them to be honest. Mel had helped with my other purchase earlier in the month and recognised me as soon as I walked in which was really nice. She listened to my requirements, offered a great range of selections and answered all my questions and concerns honestly but professionally. I really felt like she was helping me get the best mattress for me and not just sell me something (which was my experience elsewhere). She gave me some tips about choosing the right mattress for my sleeping style which I had not really considered and helped me come to the right decision. Overall her service has been fantastic and I will be recomending the Bromley store to all my friends and family in the future. Thank you Mel :)
