Nothing is ever perfect. Overall it was a satisfactory purchase.

While the shop seemed understaffed for a Sunday - there were only two - and I had to wait a lot, I was not ignored and the assistant made it known how sorry she was, and kept popping back to assist me when she could. She then gave me her undivided attention when she was able, and she was very knowledgeable. She also shared her personal mattress issues which I found very helpful! I also really like the mattress machine and it certainly helped me to focus on the mattresses suitable for me even though I came in to the store with a different mattress else in mind. I was also very happy with the clean cover and pillow I was given to place on the beds I was testing. I do think perhaps staff should ask people not to lay on the beds without the protection.

We had a look around the shop, Reece the assistant said he would be with us within minutes as he was dealing with a client and offered us some water while we waited. He showed us the machine that picks the right bed and then offered us a choice of beds he thought we would prefer, he spent time with us he knew all about the beds and colours, orders etc We found just what we were looking for and ordered it
