We were well looked after on our visit by Reece. We had a poor experience the previous week when enquiring about beds at one of your competitors (IKEA) - Dreams were totally the opposite. Reece took time to listen to our requirements, his product knowledge was excellent, he was friendly, polite and courteous at all times and gave us ample time to discuss amongst ourselves ; we did not feel rushed at all. Even though the quote we got from Dreams was more expensive than the one we had received from IKEA - we were pleased to place the order with you due in no small measure to the excellent customer service we received from Reece.
