Excellent customer service and outstanding staff member that I sadly don’t have the name for but he remembered me as recently purchased the same mattress and this was my 2nd visit into the store. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and shop here again when required. Thank you

The staff at Dreams Bromley are a dream. Third purchase there and its the staff rather than the products that make me return. We went into another shop straight after and the shop assistant was surly and disinterested and we were saying she could do with a lesson in customer services from Dreams.
