We were served by the store manager, Zaari. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He took time to understand our needs and unlike other bed stores did not have an aim to up-sell us to a bed out of our price range. Instead he gave us time to look alone and would return occasionally to check if we were okay or needed a drink. This allowed us to feel more relaxed in our search and not under pressure to make a decision. He understood the importance of the right decision. He gave us the chance to try the sleepmatch bed which gave us a better idea of the firmness we both needed. At this point Zarri helped us find our perfect bed and even provided pillows, so we could see how the bed would truly feel. Still at this point he allowed my husband and I some time on our own the lay on the bed and talk about if we wanted the mattress or not, which we most certainly did. The service was amazing even with social distancing in place. We never felt under pressure and felt that we were valued customers.
