We were welcomed into store and offered fantastic service . Full of knowledge, Toni our assistant walked us through the process in a professional and timely fashion . We were offered refreshments during our visit and every aspect was explained as we went .

Your drivers contact was as explained and polite and perfect . I can not tell you how refreshing it was to have old fashioned service restored and staff that care. THANK YOU ALL.

Ollie who helped us was very polite and knowledgeable. We were given a test bed experience to help decide what type of mattress would be most suitable and then a choice of several different mattresses before deciding which one we would have. The whole thing was efficient and at no time were we pressured into buying anything. We were offered the opportunity to change our minds if we wanted to as well. The payment process was also very efficient and delivery was when we wanted it. The other members of staff were also helpful and they were clearly a good team

I told him the budget I had to work to and after completing the computerised test to see what type of mattress would suit me best he explained brilliantly which mattresses were in my price range. He put me at my ease and gave me all the information I needed to make the right decision. He didn't rush me or put me under any pressures to buy.
