We were treated very very well, all the staff that we encountered were friendly and courteous. The bed "fitting" process was something we had not experienced before and helped us in our decision about which bed to pick. Hayden (Dreams Sleep Expert) was very knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions as well as adding in interesting and useful facts about the products. We left the Maidstone store feeling that we had made a good decision to shop there an purchase our new bed from Dreams.

We brought our bedroom furniture 12 years ago from dreams came back in and wanted a new mattress we was taken care of by one of your staff who was very pleasant and very helpful
