Cliff, who was the dreams colleague assisting us, was brilliant, he was very knowledgeable, answered all our question without fail and gave us good customer service, nothing was too much trouble and he took his time to make sure we got something that really suited us and our needs

Toni was extremely attentive and showed us a number of mattresses to suit but at the same time gave us space to discuss privately if we needed to. She was highly professional and patient and gave us clear information on the products and sold us the most expensive one!!
