WE WERE GREETED WHEN WE ENTERED THE STORE, THE ASSISTANT WAS VERY HELPFUL, CHEERFUL, NOT PUSHY, GAVE US SPACE, WAS VERY CONSCIOUS ABOUT THE HEALTH AND SAFETY AND WELL BEING OF US AS CUSTOMERS, WHICH MADE IT A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE.

Greeted upon entry to store and offered the use of the mattress selector. The young lady was a Saturday girl I think as she passed our requests to a sales assistant. She was very pleasant and friendly. Good start to our visit. Offered a drink, and shown suitable mattresses. Offered help with our selection, and given my own pillow for use.

Extremely helpful assistant Adrian, he showed us the beds that matched our requirements, he offered us refreshments while taking our order.

Neriman the assistant who helped us decide on a bed and place our order was extremely efficient, friendly, made us coffee and made the whole experience pleasurable

Our store person quickly asked us if we wanted help or to use the machine, offering a drink. We did the scan and then had a very helpful assistant, take us through various options and keft us to discuss each one. Was very knowledgeable and covered everything I believe.
