I think you need to find Laura the sales girl and get her to train the staff in all your stores. Her service was exemplary she worked extremely hard in the time we were in your store. Her customer service should be acknowledge and shared amongst all the staff . What a gem you have. I hope you acknowledge our extreme satisfaction and compliments to her . The lady that assisted us was very helpful. Described the different types of mattresses and the colour coordination which helped.

The assistant was new but highly afficient and anything he didn't know he asked, he was extremely polite ang helpful as was the other assistant.

A quality product at a reasonable price

Very helpful, ordered two complete sets of beds and mattress's a few months ago and was very satisfied then so that is the reason I came back to dreams again and ordered another complete set. Maybe back again in the future as can recommend friends.

We chose Dreams as we thought that they would be the best store to suit our needs as they mainly sell beds and associated products. The assistant who first asked us if she could help was very knowledgeable and was able to recommend a mattress to us taking into account our needs. We were then left, at our request, to try the matresses and decide on the one we wanted. Another assistant took our order who was again very helpful and dealt with the order efficiently whilst also being friendly, which is a trait which we personally like.

Guy seemed to know what he was talking about and the differences we had a coffee and made our choice job done
