Dreams - Maidstone

We felt very comfortable trying out the many mattresses on display. We were offered assistance and did not feel pressured at all. We placed an order happy with all the knowledge we were told about the bed and mattress we purchased.

The service provided by Angela at your store in Maidstone was first class. Angela was abe to show us several different matresses and explain the features and benefits of each. We are very happy with our choice.

Our assistant had high knowledge about the different types of beds available and which one would suit our needs. He set a number of tests to demonstrate this. At no time were we under pressure. he remained customer friendly throughout the time we were in the shop and helped us with taking some purchases to our car.

From being greeted in store to being down the products and ordering everything was friendly and professional and this made the experience really enjoyable.

The lady that served us was very helpful nod easy to talk to it was nice not to feel pressurized in to spending money.

We were welcomed by Cliff as we walked in the door. He was more than helpful in explaing the choices we had. He did not try to influence us in any way he just told us of the benefits of the choices we made. he never tried to rush us

The customer service was brilliant and friendly prices are a bit more then we would have liked to spend

From the moment we walked in Neriman Aydin acknowledged us and was available throughout our visit to offer advice and product knowledge without being intrusive or pushy to make a sale. Obviously a great store team with good rapport. Manager also made a point of acknowledging us and assisting Neriman with moving stock for us.
