Staff were quick and attentive without being over bearing

Your staff were there when needed but did not push for a sale, showed us a range of beds at a range of prices (in a different shop, not one of yours, the assistant was only interested in a sale on the most expensive bed), and seemed genuinely happy to help us. We were offered a coffee and remembered us from the previous day, we wanted to make sure we chose the right bed so went back over a couple of days.

The assistant was very helpful, but not over powering. She gave me some advice and information and then left me to have a look around on my own. Once I had decided the order was placed very promptly. I did not feel under any pressure to make a purchase there and then.

Neriman worked with us to find the required product, listened to and understood our requirements, was polite and helpful.

Very helpful and patient

We were assisted by Angela who seemed to be knowledgeable about what she was selling and she was very patient with us. I am a little awkward when it comes to spending such large sums of money.

Was acknowledged in store but not hounded this allowed me to browse at my leisure. I found help at hand when it was required and Cliff was very knowledgeable about finding out which of the beds I had chosen was the best for me. He spent time explaining the features and testing which bed was most suitable. Good service, great cuppa. Just waiting for the bed to write so I can get a comfortable nights sleep again.
