Richard was very good at assessing our needs. we explained what we wanted and he then demonstrated the products, the full range so we could make an informed choice.

Cliff the salesperson knowledge of your products was exceptional, his awareness of our needs following my wife's illness and my shoulder and neck condition enabled him to advice us on the best products suitable for us. Not only explain the benefits of the products, but used an item for a pressure test.

Laura was very friendly and helpful. She offered us a drink and helped us in choosing a mattress. She also gave us enough time to browse the products before helping us with the purchase. Laura is a credit to your store.

Assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, very polite ,friendly and patient.

Richard the gentleman who served me was really great and very patient as I was torn between two beds and colours. He was genuinely friendly and not intrusive person who was very amenable. I only came in to look and ended uo purchasing so he was great.

We was greeted by Angela who took us through everything and answered every question we had. After choosing a bed she came and found us (didn't feel hassled at all) we sat down and Angela took us through everything. Great customer service, great experience would definatley return to dreams again. (Good choice on the Hot chocolates)

I viewed products online and went to the Maidstone store and was pleased to find the beds I had viewed was in the showroom the assistant was very helpful and had great knowledge then was very quick and efficient at taking my order!

Laura gave us full information on our requirements and suggested other options in a very friendly and competent manner.
