The assistant who dealt with us couldn't be any more helpful. She was a real star and gave excellent advice. A real asset to your company. Sadly can't remember her name but she had red hair!!

We found that Laura was very helpful, understanding of our needs and well organised. What we particularly liked was that she did not hustle us or followed us around, but was there if we had any questions. She knew her products and explained in easy terms what the types of mattress's were.

The sales assistant was knowledgeable of the products. Left alone then to choose the mattress, no hassling, which was a bonus and when ready to place the order, all was done in no time.

The Dream Colleague, Laura, was very patient with us as we were undecided which mattress to eventually buy. Her knowledge was very good and she was very helpful and left us to think and browse.

The assistant was very helpful and made good suggestions for my needs .I was most impressed with the free delivery and to be able to upgrade if you need to ,what more could you ask for,only had to wait 3days for delivery and the delivery men were very polite and helpful .I am pleased with my purchase which was recommended .Thank you dreams I am now having a good nights sleep.
