Very helpful staff member, supplied information when required but not pushy in any way. Courteous , charming and seemed very genuine.

we were greeted by a wonderful, warm member of staff straight away, who pointed us in the right direction and left us to brows at leisure until we'd made up our minds, without breathing over our shoulders. The member of staff made us a coffee, she answered all our questions in full, and we had a very relaxed, light hearted conversation laughing with us at our decision making, or lack of, too.

Cliff at Maidstone branch couldn't of been more helpful , guided us through every aspect of purchasing a new bed .

I'm a disabled customer and Richard couldn't of helped enough from measure bases and mattresses to making us a nice drink and offering all the services to make our delivery as easy as possible.
