When I entered the store I was greeted by Laura who explained the different bed options (springs etc) & I began trying differet beds to my choice of springs. She couldn't do enough for me which made me feel satisfied I was choosing the right bed.

having been a previous customer with dreams, which we have been very happy with, and returned to them several times when needs arose, we were very pleased to find that the service, and knowledge offered at all 3 stotres in different locations, met with the same higj standards.

The product knowledge of Cliff pointed us in the right direction and avoided some of the pitfalls we were about to fall into. We were not aware of the link between body weight and appropriate firmness of mattress.
