Easy to find what we wanted. Given space to try beds but assistance was on hand when required.

Great service from Laura at the Maidstone branch. She was very knowledgable on all the products we viewed she was patient realising that we the customer were spending a substantial sum on two mattresses therefore not the usual pushy and overbearing sales techniques. We were made to feel very accommodated and she didn't preempt our needs but offered us options for us to consider regarding our purchase. Extremely satisfied

Ye gentleman sales assistant took me around the store showing me the various colour codes and then left me to wander for a while before checking on me. So available to talk with not overly pushy. Friendly but businesslike.

Richard explained everything very carefully, especially the opportunity to change our mattress if it was unsuitable for us. Also was at pains to make sure we had all the information necessary to make our decision.

Wanted a super king bed to go in a spare room at a reasonable price
