Friendly staff who was happy to work within my budget and very informative. Felt like he really knew what he was talking about but wasn’t trying to make me spend above what I was capable of spending. We were greeted quickly upon entering the store and the sleepmatch machine gave me some peace of mind about choosing the right mattress. I was really impressed with how customisable the bed was to what I was looking for

We were greeted by a young man who had only been working with you since November. Despite that his knowledge and professionalism were excellent. He was friendly without being over the top and I thought he was excellent at his job. We went to the store with the intention of looking and going to other shops before buying a mattress but he was so good, we bought one there and then.

Had the best service from cliff at the maidstone store he knew exactly what me and my partner needed we would constantly toss and turn and it was all due to our matress and pillows when we thought would be a bigger bed. My partner tried the firm pillow and I had the soft one and honestly it was so comfortable and my posture felt amazing I can not wait to receive the matress and use the pillows! For the complete experience! We bought our bed from cliff before and he’s so professional and went beyond for us again! I would reccomend my family and friends to attend this store, thank you cliff for your time and effort I’m helping us. Can’t wait to have a lovely sleep on our new matress and pillows! We purchased the best matress with a cooling gel layer, paying more for the matress was the best thing we did for a good quality!

Themi, the mattress advisor/ salesman was very easy to be around and likeable. Great knowledge of products and was not pushy or seem to be sale driven. The wife and I left happy knowing we had the right mattress at a very good price.
