The salesman Richard was very knowledgeable about the product and very helpful.

We were highly impressed with Cliff's knowledge about the product and my husband wondered if he'd been on a course, such was his depth of knowledge. We were also impressed with the time he spent in ensuring that we were making the correct choice of firmness of mattress for each of us, and how he made sure that this would be the most suitable for our needs by looking at our posture as we lay on the different mattresses. We did not feel pressured into making a purchase at this point, but having made a previous visit to the store, decided to go ahead on this occasion.

We were extremely pleased with the service we were given in the store. Richard was very helpful his knowledge of beds was excellent.
