Very pleased assistant very helpful quality of furniture we ordered was excellent .overall very satisfied.

Zarvi was so understanding about my budget and my needs and did not try to oversell but had a lot of product knowledge to help me make the best choice. He also made me a coffee AND one for my mum who was waiting with my baby in the car!!

My family and I was out browsing the shops with no intention to buy, we had been in other furniture shops looking around for new furniture as we have just bought a new house recently, but with the expense of a new baby and Christmas coming we chose not to actually buy anything. Then, we stumbled on the offer by Dreams to get 20% off - so we reluctantly came inside just to browse - however on arrival your staff approached us and offered us any assistance if we require it, we browsed around and again the staff approached us and offered us refreshments whilst we browsed. Shortly after we found ourselves attracted to a nice bed/mattress - so we asked your staff for the help with discussing this item we was persuaded buy your staff to commit, but then with an offer of 20% off who wouldn't, it didn't end there - Zarvi (your staff) then offered us extra off the product so overall excellent service all round. I will defiantly be recommending you guys.

Met our needs, took time to listen, friendly but not pushy

We visited the store previously about 2 weeks ago to try out some mattresses. Cliff was available to help us and answer some questions. Unfortunately we were unable to make a purchase as we had little time. We revisited today (29th) and luckily Cliff was there. He assisted us with the two mattresses we liked and carried out numerous tests to find the right one. He was in no rush and was very informative. We decided on a bed, mattress and two pillows are his recommendation and we are so excited to receive it. Thanks to Cliff for his time, help and advice.

Cliff was extremely knowledgeable. We were looking for something specific for a medical conditional and from the question he asked us and advice he gave it was obvious he knew what he was talking about. He was very friendly and discussed various options with us over several visits.
