Staff called Neriman who served us was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Neriman was polite and attentive without being pushy or too 'present'. We only planed to browse but the help and information we received swayed us to buy.

Items were clearly explained and we were not rushed into making a decision

Richard was very helpful, but not over bearing. He offered us refreshments and gave us some basic guidance and left us to browse, but he came back to us and also gave us further information upon request. He explained ver clearly the conditions of sale and our options and gave us a delivery date within two weeks. We felt coming to the store to make our selection was the best choice and we look forward to a more comfortable nights sleep 😴
