Store was laid out well and easy to find beds we wished to view, staff were available and attentive but not overbearing. Assistant was knowledgable and helpful.

Knowledgeable staff who went out of their way to ensure that the product was the right one for us and willing to ensure the best price was available.

A pleasant store to visit and the assistant Allison who helped with our purchase was first class Prices where good also

Zarm was very helpful and explained the options clearly. He answered my questions and gave me time to browse . Even gave me a cup of tea ! Plenty of choice and delighted that delivery was before Xmas.

Dealt with a Gent called Richard at your Maidstone branch. Greeted me as soon as I walked in, offering me a tea/coffee. It was my second visit after thinking about what mattress to buy. He gave his unbiased opinion and actually saved me money instead of pushing for me to buy the more expensive of my options.Took his time to talk about what I liked and suggested pillows to suit. Exceptional choice and am very happy. Told me everything to expect on delivery day and made the whole experience entirely smooth and friendly. Overall store was clean, bright. even the foot-runners were clean and encouraged you to bounce around and test each mattress fully. Very pleased overall.
