Staff very friendly and helpful on the mattress that would be best for us.

Our sales advisor Angela was brilliant. Of course we are happy with the bed frame we chose but Angela ensured we got the most suitable mattress, she recommended pillows specific to our individual needs and even helped select the mattress protector most suitable. Angela made the whole purchasing experience a positive one.

We were served by Richard at the Maidstone branch who could not have been more helpful, polite & friendly, he made the whole process easy and straightforward, explaining about delivery, recycling of our old bed and through to the assembly of our new bed. Just perfect. We had to visit again a couple of days later with a query, Richard was not there, but we were given help by another lady who was just as friendly and helpful. So we have to say well done Maidstone, excellent service and absolutely no complaints. Thank you Dreams, we are so looking forward to our new divan bed which was bought in the sale so it's a win win .
