The Sales assistantRarvi in the london road, maidstone store was very helpful, he explained the different mattress available, showed me what was in the sale and was very aware of my budget, although i already knew which bed i wanted, he showed me the bed and explain the workings of it and the different slates i could have. He talked me through the different finance options available and found an option suitable and affordable for me. I was very happy with the service and knowledge and even got offered a hot drink.

Laura was eager to show a comprehensive rage of products requesting us to try them for suitability and comfort whilst explaining the benefits and technology behind the products

The staff were very friendly, helpful, patient and understanding of my needs. I was talked through my options, involved in practical demonstrations and talked to as a human being. I wasn't rushed and was provided with all the information I needed to make an informed decision in my final purchase.

the assistant was very helpful and knew a lot about the mattresses, pointing out those that most fitted our criteria. She even suggested pillows to suit us, which are very comfy and do suit the mattress we chose. really pleasant shopping experience with no hard sell.

The assistant was very welcoming and patient in the way she dealt with our requests. She was knowledgeable about the products and listened carefully to our needs before matching products to them. We were offered a drink whilst the order was being placed.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store and were given every assistance in finding the type of bed we require. Zarvi was efficient, pleasant and very helpful which made our visit a very satisfactory experience. He also brought us a cup of tea while we thought about our purchase which was very nice.

Felt very welcome when greeted by Zarvi, cup of tea / drink offered. He encouraged us to try everything and take as much time as we needed. Not pushy at all and left us to look around. Very nice friendly person. Clean store as well. Would reccomend to friends and family and come back in the future.

I had credit with a previous sofa I had bought 2 years ago so the details needed to be added into the computer again so that the finance could be agreed this took 30 mins but all goo din the end, the lady that served us was fantastic, very friendly very professional nothing was too much trouble, a credit to your company

The lady who assisted me was very knowledgeable and explained the different types of beds available in a succinct and easy to understand way. The lady approached me not long after I entered the store. After some time of me trying beds, she came back over and asked how I was getting on. I advised her what I liked and didn't like and she suggested a different bed that I haven't tried yet and that ended up being the bed I brought! Very happy with the service, I will most certainly be recommending dreams to friends and family. Thank you!
