Angela was very friendly, knowledgeable without being pushy. She took her time with us and included our 6 year old too!

Had visited the store Sunday and Laura helped us choose a bed based on what we told her we wanted. Then went to another store to compare and found another. As I am disabled I had not been able to lie on the bed Sunday at dreams as the base was too high for me to get legs on. Monday we went back to make a dial decision between one at Bensons and one at dreams. Then we met Cliff, who made us completely rethink the right bed for us, which we did try and was also demonstrated key selling points. Cliff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Result we have purchased the Tempur Contour Elite, two pillows and protector. Looking forward to receiving it.

The member of staff new her stock very well we were unsure what sort of mattress we wanted she spent time explaining the stock that was available we were very happy.

Cliff was very knowledgeable and told us all about the position of the spine. This explains a lot about my partner s bad back and snoring! We had never looked at this from the bed angle/ fault.

We visited our local Dreams to try out for a new mattress. There were many options to consider but very quickly an assistant found us looking confused as where to start and gave us a very helpful summary of the options and how to view them. She then helped us narrow down our choices and directed us swiftly to a group of beds offering the options most suitable. The rest of the visit was similar with her being very helpful and guiding us through our choices. We never felt she was too pushy (which is usually my big criticism of store staff) We found exactly what we needed and ended up with both new mattress and bedstead which will be delivered in a couple of weeks. Seems like a perfect shop !

The Colleague who dealt with our purchase, Cliff, was extremely friendly and went the extra mile when helping us to choose the correct item that suited our needs exactly. He was happy to answer any questions that we had and had extensive knowledge of the product. He was also very happy to take extra time to help us as we had our young daughter with us who slowed the process down, but this was not a problem to him at all. All in all he made our visit much more enjoyable.

Maria was very knowledgeable about the products and listened to the requirements and advised on the potential mattresses that would be suitable. There was no pressure to buy the product.

The Salesperson (Angela) was extremely attentive and friendly and gave us as much time as we required.
