Dreams - Maidstone

As soon as i entered i was welcome by one of the staff. Later i was served by store manager Named ZARVI.. he helped to get all the information that i need about the bedding and wardrobes.. really happy the way he helped me to get my beds n wardrobes from stop to finish

This is my third visit to this store and found all the staff friendly helpful and very pleasant and friendly. I have bought both of our new beds from this store and my friend ( who I recommend and visited this store with) also felt the same about the staff.

I am deaf and dislexic .Maria was friendly .Explained the colour code system and got the relevant information from me .As i was unsure what i needed ie spring .gel .memory foam .And that i am a night shift worker so sleep is very important ..I went to bedsons who just kept telling me to order online .but i needed to know about the right mattress to order .And sometimes its nice to feel i am not stupid if i dont understand and dreams had a brilliant system and team to help your staff are a credit too you .felt like a customer for once .will definately be recommending maidstone store to colleagues at work and friends xx Thank you so much its been a great load off my mind to finally find a place where i can get the right help and purchase my future bedroom beds and pillows and get great advice x

LAURA was very friendly , knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with, you helped us make the right decision. The only down side and it wasn't her fault but you had to wait 15 minutes to get to a till to place order, it didn't really bother us but I think some people may of left. A big thumbs up to Laura, I did deal with customers in my job every day and I can assure you Laura is a credit to your company and this store,. well done

Our assistant Maria greeted us and after we explained our requirements took us to the displays. After a brief chat about each product, she left us to consider the choice of options. On her return she then told us about our choice in greater detail. We were encouraged to try the bed for comfort and firmness. After making our selection we were offered refreshments while she completed the paperwork and explained the delivery process. At all times she was polite, friendly and informative without being pushy. This is the second bed we have bought from Dreams in the past 4 months, keep up the good work,

very helpful .informative loved the colour coding as i am dyslexic given a pillow to try out the beds .went to bensons beds total lack of cuctomer care was advised to go online .Staff did not care that i only wanted some advice .NO PROBLEM WITH dreams staff on a bank hol still happy to help.MY SLEEP IS IMPORTANT TO ME BEING A NIGHT SHIFT WORKER

Zarvi was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. If we hadn't spoken to him we would not have been aware of the difference in quality regarding ottomans and may well not have purchased anything. He was informative and friendly.

Cliffs knowledge, experience, time spent with us, friendly and very very helpful. We brought our first bed eight years ago and it was a pleasure to have Cliff serve us again all those years later.

Staff very friendly excellent product knowledge and offered coffee while we were looking around. Zarvi was very attentive.
