Cliff who helped us was very knowledgeable, he undertook a complete survey to ensure the bed we were interested in, was suitable for us, and explained the importance of choosing the right mattress and pillow. We left the store confident that we had purchased the right mattress and pillow for us. Chris also spent a large amount of time explaining the importance of posture when laying on a mattress and ensuring that our new mattress would accomplish that for us. The store also had a large variety of mattresses on display for us to view.

I was greeted with a friendly hello and had all the help and info I needed. I wasn't rushed or left unattended I asked for a soft mattress and was give all the choices available to me. I didn’t feel pressured into the sale and the sales assistant was very friendly and understandable of my needs in a bed.
