During initial telephone enquiry we realised we were dealing with a staff member who'd sold us our previous beds a number of years ago. by a member of staff we'd dealt with a number of years ago. On arrival in the store we were treated like old friends and our specific needs dealt with humour and compassion. Not only that, Maria was extremely knowledgeable and really went the extra mile; if there is a reward system ibn the company please nominate her.

The sales assistant was very helpful upon entry to the store. We were supplied with refreshments and were able to wander freely around the store trying out the products without being followed around by a sales assistant, but the assistant was always available when we had questions and would regularly check that we were ok and if we had any questions whilst we were trying out the products. She was very friendly and explained everything very clearly. We were pleasantly surprised by the range of products available and the speed with which the products could be made available to us.

We were browsing and an assistant, Neriman, came to enquire if we needed assistance. She was not "pushy" but answered our questions candidly and showed us several products which might fit the item in which we were interested. She spent time explaining the various pros and cons of different models and left us alone to continue browsing. She was very pleasant and polite and dealt quickly and efficiently with our subsequent order.

Competent professional staff who came forward looking to be of assistance instead of being too busy to help.

First class service from the manager, very helpful, very knowledgeable not pushy, Good delivery service and helpful and friendly men. The collection of the old mattress was so easy. Your delivery men were clean and thoughtful and covered their shoes before entering the house. The price and the quality of the mattress was superb.

I was ably assisted and served by Zarvi. He was very knowledgeable about the goods and product I needed. He also made aware of the usefulness of other products that I will be returning for. I was very impressed with both his professionalism and courteousness. I left with the knowledge and confidence that I was in possession of all my needs thanks to Zarvi. Overall he really made my visit a 'dream'. I look forward to returning and completing the order and purchase of other products.

Excellent service from the sales assistant who identified my needs but allowed me time to browse. He fully explained the colour coding scheme and clarified prices. All aspects were clearly explained not just the items but guarantees, delivery and item removal. I did consider the price of £24 for a specific delivery time excessive but the remainder of the purchase value for money.

Laura was a very pleasant girl, good sales lady, not too pressurising which I like very much.
