Your assistant, miss Neriman was exceptional and gave us our best shopping experience ever. We though she was the best we have been served by and should definitely be on your managerial qualities list, she is an asset to your store. Her interest and efforts were very pleasing and resulted in a sale and a very satisfied customer.

This was our first ever visit to the store. Staff were all friendly without being pushy. They were informative and understood our needs and provided recommendations accordingly. we cannot wait to receive our new bed!

Neriman was very helpful but not pushy. She explained the difference between the various products but did not try to influence us or to make us make a purchase (I don't buy at stores that do that) The other two members of staf were very friendly and making the purchase was a good experience.
