Both store assistants were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. By shopping midweek they had the time to talk to us, advise us, and point out alternatives to meet our needs better. That meant we have purchased items most suited to our needs and at a price we can pay. I had previously thought Dreams was a company selling at the lower end of the market, but this experience has changed my mind, I feel you should market yourself more on this basis. The whole experience was a pleasant surprise. I cannot speak highly enough of your employees that served us. They are a credit to your business.

I was highly satisfied with the great customer service we received. I was impressed with the comprehensive knowledge of the salesperson and his ability to address our needs diligently. He answered our questions clearly and allayed any concerns we had. We were offered refreshment and the salesperson took the time to explain the whole sales process to us.

We were highly impressed with the quality of the items we have ordered also highly impressed with the manager zarvi, he made us feel at ease and comfortable offering us drinks while we were looking around the shop were impressed with his noledge of the shops products on show in the shop we would not hesitate to go back to this shop we will also recommend are family and friends to go to this shop

Extremely pleased with the assistance that cliff offered, he was very thorough and spent a lot of time with us to ensure the bed and mattress we had chosen were right for us.

Maria was extremely helpful and professional throughout our visit. Even though she had been verbally abused by a few children in the store, she was still extremely attentive and professional. Due to us moving house very recently. There was a time delay from the finance company, as they could not locoate our new address. throughout this delay Maria offered drinks and kept us informed of the process. We were there a couple of hours and we felt thoroughly looked after in store.

Maria at the Maidstone branch was approachable and very thorough. She chased up a previous order I had made at Lakeside branch 3 years ago and found out I had cover to have my TV bed cleaned as it had some damage from my dogs. I then ordered the matching bed side tables now I know my current bed will be much fresher. I also placed an order for a second bed for my guest room with extra storage, her product knowledge was very good as she picked a different bed to the one I had looked at online which in person was unsuitable.

The sales assistant, Angela, was positive, friendly and totally professional. She is a real asset to your company.
