The gentleman that served us was called cliff and was very helpful and spent a lot of time making us understand about the product and how it’s the best one for us. He never once made us feel like he was in a rush or didn’t care. Highly reccomend the store and staff, they were very nice to the children and polite. We are looking forward to receiving are product.

Angela from the Maidstone store was brilliant, she spent the time to go through a variety of different mattresses and recommended the best ones for my husband who suffers from a bad back. Angela also interacted with our 6 year old who got bored whilst we were shopping. Excellent service from Angela and the maidstone branch

The delivery date was too long

The help we received by Maria was amazing very friendly,helpful and kind.we were given great advice throughout and when Maria was with another customer why we made our decision her colleague took over who was just as kind and helpful but Maria was able to finish and process our order.we can't wait for our new bed and pillows and thank you very much for the help we received.Our daughter also had a biscuit and drink which we felt was very nice too.Definitely recommend dreams just like my parents did to us as they have always shopped at dreams.thank you again and I mean my answers not just to win which would be amazing but also to express how impressed we were.

We spoke to Cliff at Maidstone branch, London Road. He explained things, he answered any questions. A very good Salesman. We had previously looked on the internet and found a bed we were interested in. We walked in and soon as I sat on that bed, I was sold. However the information Cliff gave us just convinced me that this would be one of the best purchases we have made. I suffer with a bad back and I hope this bed will help to ease my aches and pains!
