The options for my purchase were clearly explained to me. I did not feel under any pressure to purchase, although having explained my requirements to an assistant, he did immediately identify a specific product which I did then purchase.

We spoke to the assistant she understood what we were looking for. Offered us refreshments offered us advice on how to try the beds ie for a while so body adjusts. Gave us time and checked on us asking if we had any questions. Took time to talk to us but was not at all pushy. Did not stalk us like a car show room.

Cliff made our visit and purchase a delight. He was highly knowledgeable and was attentive to our needs. It was his service along with Dreams choice of products that lead us to our final decision. We would most definitely recommend Dreams as the place to buy the dream bed.

I visited the store with my Nan and Angela assisted us. She was fantastic and really great with my nan. Even encouraged my Nan to try and lay on one of the beds, gave us some pillows to test etc. I was really pleased with her service.

I have high expections of my experience in any shop I visit. Most of the time I am disappointed usually because they don’t understand their product or even care. In your case I was pleasantly surprised, you cared, helpful, didn’t pressure me, new your product and finally, willing to discuss any issues I had. Well done
