The sales people at this store were prompt friendly and happy to spend time in helping us choose the right bed, and salesman Cliff made our choice so much easier.

Still good place for shopping.

Maria listened to what I had to say & offered different options & let me narrow down my choices of mattress & then took me through the different base options.

The shop assistant was very friendly and high knowledgeable, she gave use time to decide on a product as I was unsure and she explain that lots of people experience difficulties finding the correct mattress but we got there eventually .

On arrival we were welcomed by very friendly and helpful staff. we were given time without pressure to look and test matressess. when we were ready we were served by Maria who was extremely helpful. firsty she offered us a tea or coffee, which was very sweet. Maria was so helpful and we were very satisfied and would definateley be returning to purchase another quilt cover sheet and pillow cases in the next few weeks.

I was very impressed with the friendliness & professionalism of Neriman your store assistant. She helped make our dream bedroom.

The stores assistant Angela took us in the lift to view beds upstairs , The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful, I selected king size bed frame with two drawers.

I visited the store last week to get a quick idea and the chap who I believe was the duty manager explained everything to me clearly. Unfortunately I went to my local bed store to buy the single mattress and it turned out to be a nightmare. Hence I came in today to purchase the mattress I was shown initially. I should have listened then and get it done and dusted. But now its all sorted. Thank you for your hospitality and the drink. Many Thanks.

Excellent service, all staff were very friendly and approachable without being intrusive when we first entered the shop which meant we were able to browse first without feeling pressurised. Cannot find fault with any aspect of our visit.
