The salesman was extremely friendly and helpful, we popped just to have a look and told him what we were looking for and he found us something straight away. The bed was for my 10 yr old son and he made him sit down at the desk and spoke to him like a proper customer and asked him all the questions, ( although mummy helped him answer 😂) he made my sons day and he enjoyed it. Muniraz was his name I think

Cliff spent a great deal of time with us ensuring we bought the right mattress and explaining everything clearly so we completely understood all aspects of our purchase. We have been using this Maidstone store for all our bed and mattress purchases for the last 10 years as the service is always spot on.

The store manager (Maidstone - London Road store) approached me in a very friendly manor upon my entrance to the store. A nice greeting without the in your face sales techniques most people despise. I had a wander around, not finding what I came in to view, when he approached me again asking if I required any assistance. I discussed the item that was previously on display and he know exactly what I was talking about, offered to sit me down to go over any details or questions which I might have had. They were all answered swiftly, he for the specifics which he didn’t know, he went out of his way to find the answers for me. I decided to go with a finance option on my purchase and he made the process quick and easy. A very friendly guy with efficient services and exceptional knowledge. I will be visiting the store again soon to purchase the other items required for my new property. Well done.
