Because they were help ful in choosing my product and very help ful in organising the finance.

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful and knew a lot about the company and it's products.

We were greeted by a very happy member of staff asking if we were ok and if we would like some help or a complimentary drink. This was very pleasing and we did have a very nice hot drink. Later we we had the help of at least three membes of staff and various times and they were all very helpful and knowledgeable.

Cliff was very very helpful and explained a lot to us about sleeping that we didn’t know. He was very pleasant.

It was a typical sales experience that one gets these days, however I was not pressured into purchasing items I did not require. Product information was given in a precise and friendly manner.

We were treated by a friendly female and when I explained what I was looking for she passed me to a colleague who knew exactly what I wanted. Cliff asked all relevant questions and upon my answers showed me a bed that he would recommend but with no pressure that I had to buy it. He went through all checks with me whilst my wife and myself were lying on the bed to make sure everything was how it should be. It made a very pleasant change to actually go into a shop and be dealt with in the professional manner that we got and not like other shops where you go in and the staff will just try to get you to buy anything just for a sale.

From the first phone call to the final purchase in store the lady I dealt with was brilliant , it’s a shame I can’t recall her name but she was very knowledgeable and very helpful
