Staff member was attentive, he came across as honest, down to earth (Not pushy) and extremely knowledgeable. We came in a few hours later after thinking about the bed we had seen and he made sure he came over quickly to help us.

The assistance I received was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The original assistant I spoke to was new and just learning. They asked a colleague to help me and someone was with me quickly.

We had initial help to try and decide on a mattress we required and then Cliff (a different assistant) spent time with us to explain sleeping posture to determine the correct firmness and importance of cushions.

Angela ,the member of staff took time to explain the product in great depth. She explained the different types of bases and then the mattress and the springs. She was very friendly, and helpful,a credit to the company.
