Friendly staff and polite

I have recently lost my wife through a terminal illness and although our bed was virtually brand new previously purchased at Dreams and still paying on interest free credit I might add, I had to replace the bed etc. Cliff the salesman along with the Manager were so sympathetic and understanding by going through the procedure of having to replace all my bed and mattress. You might say, yes it was just another sale that wouldn't have ordinarily happened, but I did not feel this was the case. So a BIG thank you to Cliff

Came in for a look and walked out with the product under my arm. Can't improve on that really.

The Sales person, Neriman, was patient, knowledgeable, cheerful and kind. As was the Manager, James. We were shown what we thought we needed, tried the said mattress, eventually narrowed the choice down to 3, tried those again and made our final decision, and that was that. Never did we feel rushed, or pushed into making a decision. Excellent service all round. Many thanks!!

We found the prospect of selecting a bed and mattress a little daunting, one of your staff gave us her time and attention. She talked through our specific needs and provided a choice of options to try and consider. At no point did I feel pressured. We were impressed with the level of production knowledge she had balanced perfectly with kindness and professionalism.

The assistant, Neriman, who served us was very knowledgeable and helpful in showing us suitable mattresses. She made us feel welcome & gave us coffee while we considered our options. We felt confident in our purchase choice.

Cliff answered our questions in a very informative manner but was in no way pushy and allowed us time to discuss and look at your various beds. He obviously has many years experience and must be an asset to your company.

I was greeted by James who I recommend very highly. He understood my needs , very polite and if it wasn't for him I probably would have looked at other places. I hope you give James the credit he deserves.
