The assistant was extremely helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to find out information about our last purchase to enable us to make the best choice for our needs.

Knowledgeable very friendly staff, not pushy

The sales assistant was very knowledgable about the product we required and spent time explaining the differences between the choices. He then left us to try the products and gave us time to make our final decision.

The lovely lady who served me (Angela) was extremely helpful. She was very knowledgable and not at all pushy, which was refreshing. She talked me through all the options available to me and advised options that were more suitable but at no point was she too pushy or too “salesy”. She gave me time to think about which mattress I wanted to go for. An overall pleaseure to deal with. Thank you to Angela.
