The showroom in Maidstone was neatly set out and the sales representative (Cliff) was most knowledgeable without being pushy. I had been recommended by my neighbour and was very impressed.

Very friendly and helpful staff who assisted me with the selection and purchase of the bed.

Cliff was very helpful, friendly knowledgeable and supportive. He spent time understanding our requirements and ensuring we understood what we needed and why and that what we bought ill be right for us both and will meet our needs

Great service , quick efficient, and left with the product we was looking for - we had visited 3 different shops before here and found the product we wanted and at a reasonable price

Salesman spent a lot of time with us understanding our wants and needs. He explained the differences between different mattresses and pillows. Offered us cofee too!

Everyone seemed really freindly, the machine which tested ideal mattress seemed fun and different, although not sure if it ended up affecting our decision. Was offered tea which was a great touch, and the quality of the items seemed excellent

We found Cliff, the assistant, to be highly knowledgeable about all the products, he took time to help us assess our needs, the technology was excellent, it was good to know that for a few extra pounds the Company would take away our old bed and mattress and recycle it, plus the option to exchange the mattress after six weeks if we were unhappy with it all made an excellent experience.

The manager (I think) who assisted me was friendly and very knowledgable. He knew his mattresses as I specifically needed one for a cabin bed. He measured them to make sure safety wasn’t compromised and patiently let me try!! I got offered a drink and assistance with carrying the mattress. Excellent client experience!
