This was our first visit to the store and all the staff were so helpful. I wasnt really sure what mattress to look for or what would suit our needs. The staff were amazing they set us up on the bed machine first to see whatbwould suit us and it was amazing. She went through everything.

On our first visit, Cliff took the best part of an hour to understand our needs, conduct the sleep test(?) and recommend the best mattress options. On our follow up visit, (having researched the Tempur mattress online) we were greeted by Zafir(?) as it was Cliff's day off, but he was informed of our needs and conducted the sale in a very professional yet friendly manner. Unfortunately it is rare to experience good customer service but I am glad to say that our Dreams retail experience was exceptional (as was the coffee.)

We were simply browsing and when approached we advised Zarvi/Staff as such initially and he left us alone/did not "harrass" until we sort his assistance. Suitable beds were pointed out and we soon realised we needed assistance. Overall, a huge selection available and staff were warm, knowledgeable and not pushy-the right level

We were well looked after and supported with good advise and refreshment. Delightful experience and would recommend. We were served by Clifton and Zarvi today.

We were greeted upon arrival and left to our own devices, until we approached a staff member once ready. Cliff had extensive and impressive knowledge about most products in store, and was able to confidently and competently answer all questions and queries we had. We were treated with respect and a vivacious personality. Cliff made us feel warm and welcome along with a delicious, hot chocolate while we placed our order.

Friendly staff and the products seem to be good quality but I'll only know for sure when it arrives. There is one issue however. Why should I have to pay extra for sprung slats? The reason give is that it makes the bed less likely to break that a bed with single slats. Well if this is the case then surely a sub standard product shouldn't be offered? It just makes the pricing unrealistic when the price advertised is for a bed that might break if you roll into the middle of it?

I was greeted in a highly professional manner, your assistant did not pressurize me into the purchase, offered me lots of alternatives and was very clear on my consumer rights, the store was very friendly and clean.
