Very good customer service and very polite. Lovely coffee. The manager was doing a delivery as the shop was full of boxes but he made time to come over and help me, make me a coffee and overall spend enough time and answer all my questions patiently. I came in to buy a sheet for my grandson but I ended up buying a mattress and guarantee as well. Thank you Zarvi. Martyn

I have to say i have never experienced customer service like it Angela, Zarni and Laura were incredible when i explained our situation with our severly autistic son they all did everything possible to help us not only keep the cost down but to make sure we could get everything we needed from the store so that there were no waiting times as we were in desperate need for a new mattress for our son. I cannot thank them all enough for being so understanding and so helpful after we had phoned several different companies for help and no one was willing to help with not just the cost but to make it a straightforward purchase. I honestly wont ever forget what they all did for us we are truly so greatful. Our son loves his new mattress and i now dont have to worry about him eating the covers or the mattress itself with the lovely protective covers we were also provided. Thank you all again for everything x

The assistant, named Cliff, was extremely helpful. His knowledge of the products was very broad and his advice was invaluable in helping us choose a bed for our 4 year old granddaughter. We have always purchased Vi-Spring beds but having spoken at length to Cliff and after he had shown us how the Harrison beds are made we were so impressed we would now consider buying one of your Harrison beds when it is time to replace our bed. We were extremely impressed with the knowledge, friendliness and helpfulness of your assistant.
