Upon entering the store we were met by a colleague ‘cliff’, who began to explain how the beds are laid out in terms of build structure and how the signs that are on display are structured. Then he offered to complete the sleep match process to find products that would be best suited for us. Then we were shown a couple of different products that we had already looked at prior and was then given a very large quantity of information regarding the product and technology that is within the product. He showed us each different tests to show the benefits of the product so we could make more of an informed decision upon the product. He invested a lot of time throughout the whole process and didn’t seem disengaged at any point. The payment/order process was thoroughly explained and was smooth which is desirable. Overall very happy with the customer service and processing of purchase.

We were given the bed test to find out which mattress would suit us. This cut out a lot of looking at the wrong type of mattress'. Once we had the information the sales assistant was very helpful and showed us different examples. He did not hurry us and let us take our time making a final decision. He was very informative and knowledgeable.

Product explained in great detail. Time spent in providing the most suitable according to posture etc. Queries answered to our satisfaction. We were not pressured on entering the store. Manner was very pleasant.
