The help given by Angela was exceptional. She was extremely helpful and without her expert advice we would not have bought a mattress today.

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable about the products and efficiently sorted the order. We were so pleased with the comfort and value of the mattress that we returned in the afternoon to order another one!

The service received today by Zarvi and Biber was excellent. Zarvi went over and above for us and we went away extremely happy. I have spoken with Zarvi on another occasion and he was equally as helpful, even though on that occasion I didn’t purchase anything. This shows me a very high level of professionalism.

During our visit to the Store at Maidstone we were attended, initially, by Cliff then later on by Zarvi the store manager. The help and assistance my wife and I received were excellent. We were not put under any pressure and the whole experience was relaxing, even enjoyable. It was almost like making two new friends. We will definitely return to this store for our next purchase. Thank you so much for helping with what we are sure will be many blissful nights of sleep on our lovely new Tempur mattress.

I found Richard, the sales assistant, most friendly, informative and helpful. He was particularly sensitive to the needs of my mentally disabled brother by talking to him and responding to all his questions, however trivial, with empathy and kindnesses. This hugely reduced his anxiety levels and he felt that he was respected as a customer. Thank you.
