Zarvi, the store manager welcomed me when I first walked into the store. He let me look around and said if I needed any help to give him a shout. I liked this as felt there was no pressure!! I sat down and told him what I was looking for and he advised me of all products available within my budget. I went in to just have a look.. But Zarvi found me a really good deal. He was full of knowledge and even looked up the bunk beds I had bought else where to see if the mattress was suitable. Very satisfied customer!!

We were looked after by Clifton who was very knowledgeable about all aspects of beds and mattresses and explained everything in detail without rushing to close a sale, he made sure that the mattress I ended up buying was right for me. I did end up spending more than I thought I would when I went into the shop but with the amount of detail and explaining that Clifton gave I feel confident that the mattress I bought is going to be right for me.
