We had the pleasure of having Zachary as our assistant. He was kind and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble. He joked with us and made the overall experience a breeze. His knowledge was excelent and he was honest enough that if he couldn’t answer the question he would find someone who could. Considering he had only been in the business for a few months he is a true credit to dreams as a company and I would have no doubts to recommend him to any of my friends a family.

Staff very friendly. Didn’t pressure us and let us take our time. Offered drink to our young son. Knowledgeable about products. Items were displayed extremely well.

Customer service was spot on. Told me everything I needed to know . I new what I was coming into buy which helped but the women went through everything with me. Signed me up to finance the matress with no troubles at all. And even got s bottle of water coz it was so hot .

Cliff was extremely helpful in trying to find the correct mattresses for us both. Offered us a nice cold bottle of water. Ver good service

The sale assistant Bubek at Maidstone Kent was really friendly and knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy. Allowed us time to make our decision and talked us through process and options of ordering. Really good atmosphere in store, well laid out and would definitely recommend and visit again.

On arrival greeted by Angela. She left us to wander at our request and laterasked If We needed help. She was delightful. Listened carefully to what we were looking for and guided us with expert knowledge

Was served very quickly by the store manager and even gave us some free pillows
